One really extra large grapefruit (you might want to use 1.5-2 regular size grapefruit)
2-3 sticks of celery
3 sprigs of mint
Juice all ingredients together.
Then I took a container (6oz) of blackberries and about 1-2 oz (I just eyeballed it) of organic 100% coconut water in my Ninja (blender) because I really hate wasting any of my berries. That's what gave me that beautiful dark purple color. I thought the blackberry mixture wouldn't taste very good, but the more I added to my juice, the more I liked my juice! I will add this juice to my lists of one to make again, for sure!
By the way, I just got a new iPhone 5s and I am really loving the difference in the quality of photographs!

ReplyDeleteThis is really a very nice post. I think this will be a great juice. I am really crazy about juices and i always try different types of juices. Goji berries provide some excellent source of nutrition to the human body and i take it sometimes.
