I've completed a 40 day juice fast, a 4 day juice fast and now I'm on to my next juice fast.
That sounds quite yummy, but it also sounds like it would be a fantastic digestive aide! I just might have to make this some time!

Tried it. It was very tasty. I used purple cabbage. This is one of my favorites. Thanks for sharing the idea.
